How can EFT help you?

One of the best techniques that I use is called EFT (emotional freedom technique). It simply involves tapping with your fingertips on some meridian points on your face and upper body while saying cognitive statements. The tapping helps us tune into our emotions and the cognitive statements act as a lead to the deeper, core issue. 

 

You might have read self-help books, watched a lot of online videos and even tried EFT in the past and concluded that it doesn't work for you. Perhaps you felt a shift at some point but then returned back to your old ways without the underlying issues being resolved. It's not your fault that you haven't had a breakthrough.

The truth is that most people don't take this work deep enough to see a major shift. Often, we are unknowingly slaves to beliefs and values that can impede our success. 

 

Helping you to find your limiting beliefs and core values is what I do best. Once you recognise the decisions you may have sub-consciously made are not serving you any more, you can easily change them to positive ones and steer your life in the right direction.

 

How I work with clients

I offer a free 20 minute telephone/Skype consultation to assess if I'm the right therapist for you. This is usually followed by a 60-90 minute first session which can be face to face or through Skype. 

From there we can map out a personalised plan for your wellbeing or goal and then work together to achieve it. We will usually work through these key areas over a period of 4-8 sessions. The number of sessions required will depend on your personal requirements. I also offer a 3-month support package which includes email and phone support between sessions.

I use variety of approaches to meet the clients needs. All these techniques are designed to help you relax and gain clarity about how to regain control of your emotional wellbeing. 

 

I’m not a healer – your mind and body are. I will do all the detective work, searching around for related aspects to the issues. But the real change happens through you. I help you facilitate the change you desire by guiding and supporting you along the way.
